my newest piece: feels smack dab in the middle of a miracle
I’ve made progress on this piece this week (beyond what is in the photos) but I am struggling to make this feel whole and “right”. Something about it seems so severe and forced.

This is my most recent quilt, made especially for my dear friends Dan and Betsy.
This piece is made almost entirely from recycled, found or gifted fabrics- a shirt from Dan, fabric from a book binding project of Betsy’s, her Grandfather’s shirt, a pair of my pants.
