my newest piece: feels smack dab in the middle of a miracle I’veĀ made progress on this piece this week (beyond what is in the photos) but I am struggling to make this feel whole and “right”. Something about it seems so severe and forced.

My work these days is heavily influenced by two things- a fascination with maps and the tradition of kantha cloth.
